OneRoof Services Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of OneRoof, Inc. and is headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

OneRoof Services builds upon five years of work in the region by our predecessor NGO entity, World Corps India. The CEO and President of OneRoof Services jointly led World Corps India, which provided training and support for young adult entrepreneurs in the Kuppam region of Andhra Pradesh state in partnership with the government of Andhra Pradesh and with Hewlett Packard (HP). Those entrepreneurs launched Internet telecenters that serve as models for the OneRoof stores.

During its first year of operation, OneRoof Services launched stores in the districts of Thiruvallur and Kancheepuram in northern Tamil Nadu, mostly in communities of 3,000 to 30,000 inhabitants. The first ten stores in India, which have opened since May 2006, are owned and operated by OneRoof Services. These stores are in the communities of Acharapakkam, Arani, Madaharapakkam, Madhuranthagam, Minjur, Periyapalayam, Ponneri, Pudupatinam, Thirukalukundaram, and Uthiramerur.

We are currently seeking franchisee candidates in other communities of Kancheepuram and Thiruvallur, and throughout Tamil Nadu, to open franchised OneRoof stores and begin upcoming rounds of training.
